WWW Wednesday | 27th January 2021

It’s Wednesday again! I feel like I’ve had such a productive week, mainly because I’ve managed to read a lot. I’m so busy at work during the week, I’m drained by the end of the day. So, I’m very excited to snuggle up on Saturday with a blanket, a cup of tea and a book!

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted at Taking on a World of Words, where you just answer three questions.

Ever Alice by H.J Ramsay

I’ve just started this book and I can’t wait to carry on with it later! I’ve never read a fairy tale retelling but I’ve seen a lot more around recently so when I saw the blog tour I had to sign up! Look out for my stop Monday 1st February!

The Murder of Roger Ackroyd by Agatha Christie

I can’t believe I’ve only just read my first Agatha Christie novel in 2021. I guess it’s good because I have quite a bit of free time to read more of her’s! This was the perfect one to start with as I instantly loved Poirot, he’s so intelligent and I found him really funny throughout. I was so shocked when everything was revealed and I wanted to start another one immediately. Which I did! You can read my review here.

Murder on the Orient Express by Agatha Christie

This has to be one of my favourite books ever. I loved every minute of it and I was amazed at how everything came together. I can see why a lot of people read this again after a bit. It’s so entertaining and cleverly written, I’m already thinking about reading it again to try and spot the things I missed!

White Trash Warlock by David R. Slayton

I can’t believe how much I enjoyed this book! I’ve been loving fantasy books at the moment and this had everything I loved in one. It is incredibly easy to read and very interesting! It gripped me until the end, making me very excited for book 2! Read my review here!

Bad Habits by Flynn Meaney

I know a lot of people who are reading or have already read this and have said how funny it is. It seems like a fun and quick read and I’ll hopefully be starting it sooner than later!
